Forefront Dermatology Bulk Merchandise Store Orders: 

Online Pricing & Payment:  Please note, pricing does not include any applicable set-up charges, tax, or shipping costs. You and your RCM will receive final pricing within 1-2 days after placing your order from your Account Manager at Big Frey – after checking stock, pricing, and production timeline.  An invoice will be sent to you once your goods have shipped.

Proof Approval:  You will receive an additional proof with your selected logo within 48 hours after approving your final price confirmation. You must approve this proof before we start production on the order. 

Production Timeline:  After final price and digital proof approvals, most products take 5 - 10 business days to produce, followed by standard ground shipping to your location.

Rush Orders: Rush production and expediated freight may be possible for most products. Please contact our Manager of Product Sourcing, Sue Beauseigneur, at sue@bigfrey.com and discuss your project with her, to determine options. 

Looking for Other Products to Order in Bulk: If you have a special event, marketing request, or additional product need and would like to order goods not found in this store, please email Seth Frey seth@bigfrey.com who will work with you on your request.
